IEML on the International marketing competition
At the end of November IEML students team came in a good third from Saint Petersburg and brought diplomas in the nominations “For working solution”, “For ability to follow the customer’s needs” and “For developing self-management skills”.
IEML signs Working Arrangement with Mongolian-Russian school
On January, 21st-22nd IEML signed a working arrangement with the Mongolian-Russian secondary school named after Yuri Gagarin “Russkiy litsey” which is located in Ulan Bator.

On the 1st of April an awarding ceremony of winners of Russian language academic Olympics among foreign students of Kazan took place in the town hall.
KIU (IEML) holds Russian language Academic Olympics for school students of Mongolia
Russian language Academic Olympics for school students of Mongolia was held on April, 11 in the frameworks of partnership between Kazan Innovative University named after V. G. Timiryasov (IEML) and Mongolian-Russian school “Russian Lyceum” named after Yuri Gagarin.
Series of quizzes “British English vs. American English” are held in KIU (IEML)
Our Fulbright teaching assistant Morgan Richardson (University of Tulsa, Oklahoma) who had been teaching English in KIU (IEML) for a year conducted 3 quizzes dedicated to differences between English language in the UK and the USA. KIU (IEML) students and secondary school students of Kazan took part in it.
