Ministry of education and science of the Republic of Tatarstan, Ministry for industry and trade of the Republic of Tatarstan, Ministry of labor, employment and social security of the Republic of Tatarstan, Ministry of environment and mineral resources of the Republic of Tatarstan, Ministry of health of the Republic of Tatarstan assisted to hold this forum.

I. Antonova; president of All-Russian quality organization, editor-in-chief of “Standarty kachestva” magazine, Doctor of economic sciences, Doctor of engineering, professor G. P. Voronin; deputy editor-in-chief of “Standarty kachestva” magazine, member of Academy of issues of quality, member of a board of All-Russian quality organization, Doctor of economic sciences, professor V. Ya. Belobragin; Dr. h. c., part-time employee of Cranfield University (the UK), deputy director of European center of quality and executive director for staff approval scheme of European center of quality David Campbell are the members of the Organizing Committee of the forum.
The main issues to be dealt with during this event are dedicated to issues of effective management: organization activity development strategy, ways to increase in labor activity at the enterprise, modern power industry in the age of sustainable development, topical issues of industrial safety, quality of public health and social services, quality of rendering of state and municipal services, effective systems of specialists training for innovative economics.
During the forum round-table conferences, seminars and master-classes of leading Russian and foreign specialists will take place, as well as an essay competition “We are for Russian quality”.
IEML rector Asiya Timiryasova, deputy minister of labor, employment and social security of the Republic of Tatarstan Klara Tazetdinova, deputy minister of education and science of the Republic of Tatarstan Timirkhan Alishev and many other high-ranking officials and management specialists welcomed the forum participants.
Director of the Institute of business education Irina Antonova noted in her opening speech that more than 300 participants from the neighboring states (Republic of Belarus, Kyrgyzstan and Kazakhstan) and far-abroad countries (Germany, Sweden, the UK and the Czech Republic) took part in this event. Representatives of Moscow, Saint Petersburg, Nizhny Novgorod, Ulyanovsk, Samara, Sverdlovsk, Perm, Tula and Kirov regions, Republics of Mordovia, Mari El, Chuvashiya and Tatarstan took part in this event. On behalf of the organizers Irina Antonova thanked everyone “for opportunity and readiness to share the success and experience that encourage competitiveness of regions”.
IEML rector Asiya Timiryasova noted that “the forum has become an innovative platform for dialogue between business and state authorities, science and education… under modern economic conditions the issues that are discussed at the forum are becoming more relevant”.
For 5 years of its existence the forum has gained a reputation of an international-level event that is focused on companies’ development, exchange of theoretical and practical experience, learning modern management technologies and discussing relevant social and economical problems.
