The Congress which was supported by the President of the Republic of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov gathered representatives from the all over the world.

. The Congress included 10 round tables, scientific sections on Rett syndrome, parents' school and master classes for parents. The Congress’ participants had a unique opportunity to visit medical, rehabilitation facilities of Kazan. An exhibition of medical, rehabilitation and educational equipment was organized there. Our psychologists, Dean of Psychological Faculty Dr. Olga Grigoryeva and Deputy Dean of Psychological Faculty Galina Semyonova – Polyakh, participated in the section “Centers for children with Rett Syndrome. Role of specialists’ team in giving personified aid to a child with Rett syndrome” and have told about KIU (IEML) experience in inclusive pedagogy and psychology. All KIU (IEML) professors had an opportunity to communicate with other participants and exchange international experience and opinions to the problem approaches.
