Annual International Students Week took place in our university.

It consisted of different events dedicated to uniting students from different countries and cultures. Students watched “Super kelinchak” movie that tells a story of controversy between traditional and modern cultures in Uzbekistan nowadays and shared their opinions on that situation. International students also enjoyed a traditional Russian winter fun – skating. Many of them tried it for the first time. In addition, students visited “International students of Tatarstan” concert, cross-cultural communication coaching and participated in a competition “Russian winter: international students’ impression”.
The range of events ended up with “Affordable tourism” exhibition. Representatives of Brazil, Kazakhstan, Uzbekistan, Tajikistan and Azerbaijan met all the visitors with cultures and national cuisines of their countries and told about their hometowns. After the presentations the visitors had an opportunity to taste different national food. The most active participants were awarded.
