KIU became the first at “Students’ spring of the Republic of Tatarstan”

One of the most important events of the students’ extracurricular activities took place in Kazan on May, 5th. KIU gained the lead – again!

At the festival KIU presented a musical and choreographic performance “A place in the sun” – a tribute to youth, freedom, love and art. The leading characters seek an answer to a question about person’s true calling, his life in art. What to choose: short-lived success – so-called “place in the sun” – or it’s better to try to make something eternal? Why to look for a place in the sun when you can be the sun yourself? Creativeness of KIU students was appreciated by the jury: we won the first prize among the biggest universities of Kazan for the whole program. Besides, our students won Grand Prix and many other prizes in choreography, singing and fashion performance.
