In February, 26 there was a meeting with a delegation from Malta consisting of the Head of the Department for Inclusion and Access to Learning Colin Calleja, Senior lecturer Elena Tanti Burlo and representatives of KIU.

In the course of the meeting not only current and future mutual projects as part of the grant Erasmus + in the field of inclusion but also cooperation with other faculties, departments and centers of the University of Malta were discussed.

Teachers of the University of Malta conducted workshops for students of the faculty of Psychology and Pedagogy on a topic of innovative European method “Let Me Learn Process”, which directed to improve pedagogical mastership and the way of training for children with special needs.

It was the first visit to Russia for foreign guests and due to the administration of our University their stay in Kazan was comfortable and interesting. Guests were impressed with Kazan architecture, attended a symphonic concert and Mr&Ms KIU contest.

In May-June 2018 as part of the academic exchange teachers of KIU will go to the University of Malta in order to take part in an international conference.
