The community of winners of the "Leaders of Russia" competition declared the student of the law faculty Maria Nikolaeva and the student of the faculty of management and engineering business Aliya Giniatullina the best in Russia.

The online quest "Follow the Leader" was conducted in a pilot format for Russian students and schoolchildren and was built on three projects of the "Elbrus" club, the community of winners of the "Leaders of Russia" competition: "Financial Literacy", "Leadership Lessons" and "Battle Glory ".

In an interview with the federal media, Aliya Giniatullina said: “I have been looking for contests where I can learn new skills for a long time .  That is how I got into the "Manage!", where the speakers were the leading managers of the country, the winners of the "Leaders of Russia" competition.  And when I learned that the Elbrus Club had launched the “Follow the Leader” quest, I decided to take part in it without hesitation.  The quest exceeded my expectations!  It was very interesting to work on the development of new competencies”.
