In KIU were held ceremonial meeting for college and university freshmen. The newly minted students were congratulated by the administration and the teaching staff of the university.

The large and friendly KIU family was replenished with new admirable students.

 This year has made its own adjustments to the traditional lineup of our university - in order to comply with sanitary and epidemiological requirements, the university administration decided to hold solemn lines for each faculty and college separately. Thanks to this decision, it became possible to organize a party in full-time format, where freshmen could get acquainted with their classmates, curators and teachers.

 In her welcoming speech, KIU Rector Asiya Vitalievna Timiryasova noted the peculiarity of the current year and admonished the children with warm words: “Studentship is the best, most eventful and effective period in your life when you invest in your professional future. New knowledge, new acquaintances, of course, the discovery of new talents are waiting for you, and at our university you can find all the conditions for this. You will be able not only to study, but also to discover new facets in yourself in creativity, sports, social life, in science, so dare, do not be afraid of new challenges, meet them halfway, and I am sure that you will succeed ”
