The International Exhibition Center "Kazan Expo" hosted the Russian Venture Forum 2023. The event was organized by the Investment and Venture Fund of the Republic of Tatarstan, the Venture Investment Association and the Eurasian Innovation Center. This year, the forum brought together more than three thousand participants, including representatives of venture funds, investment companies, business angels, high-tech entrepreneurs, start-ups, as well as representatives of state structures of Russia and the Republic of Tatarstan.

The organizers prepared an exposition for the forum participants, where projects of innovative companies interested in attracting investments were presented. After visiting the exhibition, the KIU delegation took part in the plenary session of the "Venture Market. Solutions for Technological Development”, and also attended pitch sessions where companies spoke and presented their developments.

As part of the event, KIU students had the opportunity to expand their knowledge about corporate innovation, intellectual property management, the digital economy, creating startups and much more. The guys participated in workshops, round-tables and seminars of the forum in the direction of "Ecosystem". Students of the Faculty of Economics visited the sections "Youth Techno-Entrepreneurship - the Basis of the Future", "Infrastructure. Startup Studio and Venture Bbuilding”, “Characteristics of a Successful Business Project”. Thanks to the speeches of experts, the guys were able to learn interesting and useful topics for themselves, get necessary knowledge, and also ask questions to the speakers of the round-tables.
