Throughout the year, international students intensively studied Russian and achieved excellent results. They received invaluable adaptation support from teachers, university administration, and Russian-speaking students studying Chinese at Kazan Innovative University named after V.G. Timiryasov. Learning Russian at Kazan Innovative University named after V.G. Timiryasov involves not only classroom studies but also language acquisition through immersion in the country's and region's culture, traditions, and daily life. Chinese students regularly participated in creative and intellectual events at university, city, and republic levels, visiting cultural landmarks not only in Kazan but throughout the republic.

Special mention should be made of the students' participation in the nationwide "Total Dictation" TRUD event for international students and the All-Russian Russian Language Olympiad for international students Lobachevsky. RU, where Chinese student Sun Lin won a prize in category A1.
