Kazan Innovative University named after V.G. Timiryasov became one of the organizers of the 3rd Republican "Business Iftar - 2026," held in Kazan with the support of the Office of the Rais of the Republic of Tatarstan, and the Spiritual Administrations of the Muslims of Russia and Tatarstan. The event, which brought together representatives from business circles, the clergy, and the public, traditionally served as a platform for strengthening intercultural dialogue and developing Muslim entrepreneurship.

"Business Iftar" is conceived as a unique space for strengthening business ties, exchanging experiences, and spiritual enrichment. This year, the event gathered around 700 participants, including religious figures, entrepreneurs, athletes, as well as participants in the special military operation and parents of children with developmental disabilities. The scale of the event is also underscored by its international composition: the hall was attended by consuls of foreign states, representatives of diplomatic missions, and staff from the Office of the Rais of the Republic of Tatarstan.

Our university's participation in this event, led by Rector Asiya Timiryasova, has become a good tradition and confirmed the importance of social responsibility and support for public initiatives for our university.

 It is important to note that for the third consecutive year, the backbone of the "Business Iftar" volunteer corps has been made up of KIU students. Thanks to their coordinated work, responsibility, and hospitality, the event was held at the highest organizational level. The organizers and guests of the iftar expressed sincere gratitude to our students, noting their high moral qualities, discipline, and professionalism.

This year, the platform once again confirmed its significance: the warm atmosphere of the evening meal united people of different nationalities and professions, reminding them of the true values of Ramadan – mercy, unity, and care for one's neighbor. Kazan Innovative University named after V.G. Timiryasov is proud to contribute to the preservation of these traditions and the development of intercultural dialogue.
