The III International Scientific Conference “Pedagogics, Psychology and Technologies of Inclusive Education” started on the base of the Institute of economics, management and law (Kazan). 300 educators, government and public figures, representatives of scientific and educational centers of Russia, Europe, USA, Africa (partners of the IEML). The Conference was transmitted by videoconference connection as well.

The III International Scientific Conference “Pedagogics, Psychology and Technologies of Inclusive Education” started on the base of the Institute of economics, management and law (Kazan). 300 educators, government and public figures, representatives of scientific and educational centers of Russia, Europe, USA, Africa (partners of the IEML). The Conference was transmitted by videoconference connection as well.

Organizators of the Conference are Ministry of Education and Science of the Republic of Tatarstan, Institute of economics, management and law (Kazan), Commission at the President of the Russian Federation for disabled people affairs, International Academy of Science of Pedagogic Education, International Public Organization of Disabled People “Piligrim” Autonomous non-commercial organization “White walking-Stick” (Ekaterinburg), Kazan Educational, Research and Methodical Center for disabled people (deaf people) of KAI (KNRTU-KAI).

So significant scientific societies, large public figures of the country and foreign colleagues and partners united together on the base of the Institute due to IEML great contribution in a development of inclusive education in the Republic. The director of this activity is a Chairman of the Conference Committee, the Vice-rector for continuing education, Director of the Institute of Distant Education, Doctor in Pedagogics, Professor Dania Akhmetova. Today the Institute prepared 15 guidebooks under her guidance for a work in inclusive groups of child educational institutions and schools with different courses; 2 monographs – “Inclusive education: history, theory and technology”, a prize winner of the Volga region competition “Humanitarian book” and three-volume edition “Successive system of inclusive education” – which can become a guidebook for a teacher, a leader, a specialist; a workbook “Padagogics and Psychology of Inclusive Education”. IEML organized 22 research and instructional methodology seminars, where 4000 teachers of the Republic of Tatarstan have participated, on the base of the Faculty of Psychology retraining programs for more than 400 specialists in the sphere of inclusive education is implementing.

In the greeting speech, the Rector of IEML, merited economist, Dr.Asiya Timiryasova, noticed that this Conference in IEML is a regular process. Four years ago the Institute opened the Department of Theoretical and Inclusive Pedagogics, was opened the Center of Adaptation and Rehabilitation VERA, which has become a pilot platform for inclusive educational programs for pre-school children implementing. Last year IEML received the status of a pilot platform of the Ministry of Education and Science of the Republic of Tatarstan at implementing technologies of inclusive education, the project “Creation and development of successive system of inclusive education in the Republic of Tatarstan” has become an innovative platform of Ministry of Education and Science of the Russian Federation.

The significant difference of this Conference is its orientation exceptionally at solving problems of educational organizations of the Republic of Tatarstan. On the Conference the real experience of educational organizations of the country, including schools and kindergartens of Kazan, is performed. The event covers almost all questions in creation of the system of inclusive education.
