On December, 7th KIU students Valery Saleev and Alexander Zharinov became laureates of the 2016 Russian Federation President’s Prize for support of talented youth in the frameworks of the “Education” national priority project. Engel Fattakhov, Minister of Education and Science of the Republic of Tatarstan, took part in awarding ceremony.
Alexander Zharinov , first-year student of the Faculty of Management and Engineering Business won the prize for valuable contribution to volunteering development in the Republic of Tatarstan. Alexander is a head of our University’s volunteering union and an expert of “Volunteering development center of the Republic of Tatarstan”.
Valery Saleev, third-year student of KIU Chistopol branch, is one of the most famous underwater divers of Tatarstan and he won a prize for outstanding sports achievements and development of underwater sports.
