From March 1 to 3, within the walls of the Volga State University of Physical Culture, Sports and Tourism, the III Ethno-Cultural Festival "Creativity of Peace and Harmony" was held, aimed at preserving and promoting the cultures of the peoples living on the territory of Tatarstan, in which foreign students of the Kazan Innovative University.

The festival presented a lot of interesting performances in four directions: vocal, choreography, declamation and instrumental music. Foreign students of KIU took part in almost every direction. 

In the dance direction, the students surprised the jury and the audience with their bright dance called merengue. This is a traditional couple dance from the Dominican Republic, popular not only in South America, but all over the world.

 No less colorful was the performance of the guys with the song La Invitación, representing all the cultural wealth of Colombia. The guys, dressed up in the colors of the flag of Colombia - yellow, blue, red, sang a song about their homeland with all their heart and with all their love. There was also a solo performance of a medley of famous Spanish songs.

Students who represented the University in the nomination "Declamation" deserve special attention. They read in their native language poems about love, life, finding yourself, well-known in their homeland, among them a poem of their own composition was also presented.

The jury members and the audience appreciated the efforts of our students, and the guys got an incredible experience and unforgettable impressions.
