Success in Russian-Chinese cooperation at all levels, including in the field of education, is inextricably linked with respect for the traditions and customs of the two countries. Personal meetings like this not only help to strengthen contacts, but also allow understand each other's culture and values. Such exchange of opinions, experiences and ideas promotes the development of education, science and technology, and also leads to friendship between peoples.
