Professor of the Department of Management, Doctor of Economics, Head of the Research Laboratory of Knowledge Management of the Faculty of Management and Engineering Business Elmira Shaimieva took part in the conference "New impulses for German-Russian relations. Digitalization of projects and diversity of professional cooperation" within the framework of the XVI Conference of Partner Cities in Kaluga "Strengthening municipal and Regional Ties-Expanding horizons".

The conference was organized by the German-Russian Forum and DAAD (German Academic Exchange Service).

The German-Russian Forum unites graduates of all German educational programs, regardless of the direction of the program, the age of the participant. Elmira Shamilevna is a graduate of the DAAD educational programs in 2003, 2009, 2018, having received the opportunity of a scientific internship in various higher educational institutions in Germany. The conference program included: podium discussion on the topic "The importance of the dialogue between municipalities and politics for the development of German-Russian relations", meetings of the working groups of the conference for graduates of German educational programs (workshops). At the workshops, the conference participants who took part in off - and online formats were assigned to develop a specific project within the framework of the GRF, which was presented at the final session of the conference.

The materials obtained at this conference will be used in an adapted form by Elmira Shamilevna in classes on "Management of Digital Economics Organizations" (Bachelor's Degree"), "Management of Digital Economics" (Master's Degree)".
