The V Ural Interregional competition "University Book-2022" ("Университетская книга-2022") is a major event in the publishing environment. The competition determines the best publishing projects of Russian universities, increases the level of editorial and publishing training, supports author teams.

Books published by KIU "Cognition" ("Познание") annually become the best in the competition. This year was no exception. In the nomination "The best scientific publication on jurisprudence", the monograph of I.R. Begishev, I.I. Bikeev "Crimes in the sphere of digital information circulation" became the best.
"The best scientific publication on inclusive education" was the monograph of D.Z. Akhmetova, A.V. Timiryasova, I.G. Morozova "Inclusive education as a pedagogical innovation".
