Pride of the University: Kazan Innovative University Student Among the Best in the Hospitality Industry!

Alina Khafizova, a student at the College of Kazan Innovative University, won 3rd place in the nomination “Rising Star. Best Manager for Domestic and Inbound Tourism” at the IV Interregional Professional Skills Festival “Stars of Hospitality”!

The awards ceremony brought together the best professionals from the tourism, restaurant, and hotel industries.

Alina is a third-year student majoring in “Tourism and Hospitality.” She successfully passed the competitive challenges in fierce competition with 10 strongest contestants from different cities.

“My task was to unlock the potential of youth tourism and develop a tourist route through the Republic of Tatarstan,” says Alina. “I also took a test on geography knowledge. I was very happy to represent my university at such a large-scale event and proudly won 3rd place.”
