The journal was selected following a thorough expert review conducted by the Scopus Content Selection & Advisory Board, an independent international body that evaluates the scientific quality, editorial policy, and thematic consistency of journals applying for indexing. In their official assessment, the experts noted that the journal has a clear academic identity within the emerging field at the intersection of digital technologies and law. Despite being a relatively young publication, launched in 2023, it has already been indexed in well-known national and international citation databases, demonstrating the editorial team's consistent efforts to enhance the journal’s academic impact and visibility. The reviewers also emphasized that the journal has already established a tradition of publishing high-quality legal research within its stated scope and that its Editorial Board and Editorial Council include prominent Russian and international scholars in the relevant field of law.
