The Conference is interdisciplinary and inter-sectoral in nature.

The main topics of the Conference:

  • The concept, signs, forms and scope of corruption in the modern environment;
  • Monitoring of corruption and the efficiency of anti-corruption measures;
  • Corruption risks and means of overcoming them;
  • Corruption prevention: organisational, legal and victimological aspects;
  • Corruption anthropology;
  • Anti-corruption subjects and their organisational and legal status;
  • Countering corruption at the municipal level;
  • Anti-corruption planning;
  • Anti-corruption expertise;
  • Anti-corruption audit;
  • Anti-corruption enlightenment;
  • Anti-corruption education;
  • Anti-corruption propaganda;
  • Anti-corruption inspections;
  • Anti-corruption theology;
  • Formation of anti-corruption behaviour in various social spheres (education, healthcare, procurement, etc.);
  • Public and parliamentary control over the implementation of the state anti-corruption policy;

The official languages of the Conference are Russian, Chinese and English.

The Conference will be held in a mixed face-to-face and remote format using videoconferencing. A compilation of materials and other publications will be published as a result of the Conference.

Applications for participation, including those without a paper, are to be accepted until November 6, 2023 only through the online registration form on the official Conference website: https://ieml.ru/enlightenment/dialektika/

If a Conference participant wants to publish the materials of their paper, they send:

  • either theses for the Conference compilation of materials through the online registration form on the official Conference website: https://ieml.ru/enlightenment/dialektika/ ,
  • or a scientific article for the scientific journal "Russian Journal of Economics and Law", included in the list of peer-reviewed scientific publications approved by the Higher Attestation Commission under the Ministry of Science and Higher Education of the Russian Federation, as well as in the databases CyberLeninka, Elibrary, DOAJ, Google Scholar, CrossRef, HeinOnline also through the online registration form on the official Conference website: https://ieml.ru/enlightenment/dialektika/

The materials compilation of the Conference participants is to be published on the basis of review and competitive selection by the Conference editorial board.

Manuscript formatting: the volume of a paper should be no more than 6 pages, the font – Times New Roman in RTF format, the font size: 14. The page format: A4. The margins: 2 cm. The interline spacing:  one and a half. The first line indent: 1 cm. The footnotes: normal with automatic numbering. The letter spacing: custom. At the beginning of the text the author indicates full name, academic degree, academic title, place of work and position of the participant, title of a paper.

Abstract and keywords are written both in Russian and English.

The abstract should not exceed 250 words. It should be structured and include: purpose, research methods, research results, scientific novelty and practical significance.

Keywords should include at least 3 and no more than 15 words, which are typed in a line separated by commas, without a point at the end.

Requirements for the scientific article design for the journal: the recommended volume – from 40,000 printed characters, including spaces. Minimum – at least 30000 characters with spaces (without an abstract and a reference list). Participation in the conference is free of charge.

Travel and accommodation of non-resident Conference participants are at the expense of the sending party. Please inform us about the form of participation by November 10, 2023.

  • 10.00-12.00 – plenary session
  • 12.00-13.00 – coffee break
  • 13.00-17.00 – section session
