About the Conference
The conference is interdisciplinary and cross-sectoral in nature.
Official languages of the conference: Russian, Chinese, Spanish, and English.
The conference will be held in a hybrid format (in-person and online) using a videoconferencing system. Based on the conference outcomes, a collection of materials and other publications will be issued.
Participation in the conference is free of charge. Travel and accommodation for out-of-town conference participants are covered by the sending party. Please inform us of your participation format by October 19, 2026.

Application and Publication Activity
Applications for participation in the conference, including without a presentation, are accepted from August 1 to October 1, 2026, exclusively through the online registration form on the official conference website: https://ieml.ru/enlightenment/dialektika/
A conference participant may submit:
- materials of their presentation for publication in the conference proceedings – through the specified online registration form,
- a research article for publication in the journal "Russian Journal of Economics and Law," which is included in Category K1 of the List of Peer-Reviewed Scientific Publications approved by the Higher Attestation Commission under the Ministry of Education and Science of the Russian Federation, has been assigned Level 1 of the Unified State Register of Scientific Publications by the Interdepartmental Working Group for the Formation and Updating of the "White List" of Scientific Journals, and is indexed in RSCI and the RSCI Core – through additional registration on the journal's official website and in full compliance with its requirements: https://www.rusjel.ru/jour/about/submissions#authorGuidelines
Materials from conference participants are published based on peer review and competitive selection carried out by the conference editorial board and/or journal reviewers.
Requirements for Materials
Requirements for thesis formatting:
- Length – no more than 8 pages, including abstract and keywords.
- File format: RTF.
- Font: Times New Roman, font size 14.
- Page format: A4. All margins: 2 cm.
- Line spacing: 1.5.
- First line indent: 1 cm.
- Footnotes: regular with automatic numbering.
- Letter spacing: normal.
- At the beginning of the text, in the nominative case, indicate: surname, first name, patronymic (if applicable), academic degree, academic title, place of work, position of the participant, and the title of the presentation.
Content requirements for theses:
- The abstract and keywords must be provided in any two official languages of the conference.
- The abstract should be no more than 250 words. It must be structured and include: the aim, research methods, research results, scientific novelty, and practical significance.
- Keywords must include no fewer than three and no more than 15 words, typed in a line separated by commas, with no period at the end.
- If the text of the theses mentions foreign agents, extremist and terrorist organizations, as well as organizations recognized as undesirable in Russia, they must be identified as such in accordance with legislation.
- The work must not contain improper borrowings or dishonest citations.
- The recommended percentage of originality of the author's text is 70% according to the "Antiplagiat.Vuz" system.
- Theses prepared wholly or partially using generative artificial intelligence are not permitted.
Requirements for the scientific article for the journal:
- Recommended length – 50,000 printed characters including spaces.
